I repair washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators and ranges; everything except microwaves.
What are your service call fees?
I charge a $99 diagnostic fee. If a part needs replacement I will give you an upfront quote before performing any additional work.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
How quickly can you schedule a service appointment?
Depending on when you call, I can typically schedule you either the same day or the next business day.
What are your service hours?
I work Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Do you provide service on weekends?
Unfortunately, no. Nights and weekends are reserved for family time.
Do you use genuine manufacturer parts?
Yes, I use OEM parts from reputable distributors here in Austin; no Amazon.
How long do repairs typically take?
Repairs can run from 30 minutes to several hours. It really depends on the part that needs replacement.
Do you service both residential and commercial appliances?
Yes, I do residential and commercial repairs and receive ongoing training for both.
